  I use this intersection daily and it is especially dangerous when turning right from Moraga onto Pleasant Valley.

  I was rear-ended there because I thought it was clear, even inching out to see and being very careful. I went about 3 feet and had to stop for a car I couldn't have seen and the car behind me hit me because they thought I had decided to go. I told the guy it was ok even though my bumper was scratched because it was an impossible situation for both of us. I could have been technical about it and say every car has to come to a complete stop after the car in front of them goes, but really anyone could have done the same and expected me to go. I just could not see.

  My son was hit at this exact same spot by a vehicle coming off Moraga Ave onto Pleasant Valley on 11/30. It’s ridiculous that this item still hasn’t been corrected. Will it take a fatality?
