Church attendees socializing and loading block this thoroughfare at will and refuse to use sidewalks or curbside access. When asked to please clear the way, usually after an insufferable amount of time waiting, the response is arrogant and confrontational. This is a one-way street with no other way out. In every instance there has been available curbside space within 30 ft. of the church to pull over.
