there is a dead tree in front of 2517 floyd avenue, there is danger it could fall in a storm and cause damage. neighbors would like it removed as quickly as possible, and the stump chipped up. We would like to get on the Adopt a tree program and will pay for a tree, hoping to get one in Sept. Thank you
