Very slow moving progress but at least there's a glimmer of light to see the end of the tunnel... as they have finally begun road-work to repave this stretch of the road on Park Ave... thank you Wilmington for finally getting to this! However, half of the road has been paved 1st already, & it was the much better half... so we are still patiently waiting for the worst half... work started but has stopped... what gives? I will close this matter when the job is finished... thank you!
