I'm still confused on the terminology here. If you say it "needs to be reported" is that to say that you have (ALREADY) reported it or just closed it without reporting it? I don't want to close issues that aren't resolved. And, as a citizen, it's hard to see this issue as *not* being a bulk trash issue; there's no option to report it as a code violation. If it should be reported in another manner through SeeClickFix, please let me know what that is.

This request has been received and submitted to the City agencies for review and appropriate action.
