Eucalyptus tree in vacant lot is dead and a large branch is hanging over Piner Ave and is about to fall onto the roadway- tree is leaning on fence.

Still not fixed. The tree is leaning over the fence and hovering over Piner Rd. With the rains it will only become weaker and will possibly fall onto the roadway.

Who's responsibility is it to fix this? City of Santa Rosa? It's been four months since I first reported this. The tree limb is still there and with today's wind, who knows...
