Description

Marauding, harassing pedestrians, following other bicyclist.
I was stalked by these kids , next time i will call the police , no parents in sight , store clerk says that the kids are being orchestrated by an adult on Wakelee Avenue , i see the kids wilding on Main Street Ansonia - up to no good
