I am afraid that since these homes are next to each other that the overgrown backyards will be a perfect place for snakes and rodents.

as the property owners of the 4700 Riverside HAVE TO PARK in the alleyway between their homes and the 2002 and 2004 Southcliff homes, these backyards are what we have to look at every day! It is an embarrassement to us and to our guests. The amount we have to pay in Real Estate taxes does not reflect living in a DUMP !!

if the city of Colonial Heights can fine homeowners for overgrown lots, why can't the city of Richmond?

OK ... what must we do to get the owners of 2002 and 2004 Southcliff Rd to take care of their yards!!! Either FINE these homeowners and request they obey CITY CODE or reduce our REAL ESTATE TAXES. I could NOT sell my home if I wanted to. 2002 Southcliff's back yard has trees with dead limbs that have fallen and no effort has been made to get those limbs removed. ONCE AGAIN , this alley is the only place we of the 4702-4710 Riverside Dr have to park and it is a these yards are a DISGRACE
