This Port-a-Pottie was apparently placed 3-4 days ago by the City to accommodate Beach goers over the July 4th holiday. Problem is that it is already being over used and smells when walking within 10-20 ft. I can't imagine what it will be like by the weekend. It certainly will not be used because of the smell. It needs to be changed and more added if the objective is to provide facilities for Chics.Beach over the holiday.
