100 St is now closed to southbound traffic downtown, due to the parade, yet there is an astonishing lack of barricades or signs to alert motorists of the closure. It is extremely dangerous! THREE LANES of traffic arrive southbound at 101 Ave, then all at once, they suddenly realize they all need to be in the turning lane since there's a parade ahead. People are swerving over and inadvertently cutting each other off, turning left from the far right lane, whipping U-turns in the middle of the intersection, driving backwards up the wrong side of the street, all kinds of really dangerous circumstances. There is NOTHING to alert southbound traffic that there's a parade up ahead and that the road is closed. Extremely stupid, extremely dangerous. If you're gonna close a major road, you gotta put up barricades!
