Is this really Chelsea? This is located in front of Chelsea City Hall. The center of Chelsea is full of trash and drunk bums. The garden area of City Hall is filled with empty liquor bottles. Are Chelsea cops doing there job? It's quite impressive to see all these liquor bottles and beer cans in front of city hall.

The police can only do so much and can't be watchdogs in the square constantly. I hate to walk through the area and am ashamed of this area of the city. It's really a problm all along Broadway. Maybe we have to give the meter maids power to issue tickets, as they see m to be on the ball around the city when it comes to parking infractions!! The mad vac doesnt' do the best job. There is often a trail of debris he has missed ot just managed to spread around the are he has just passed and he just ignores it.

In your posts, you've already hit upon whom you should contact regarding this issue: the Chelsea Police Department. CPD has a not-very-well-advertised form for submitting complaints:
