on the corner of west first street and grand blv. there are a group of stores the sidewalks are in very bad condition. A family member of mine was injured there years ago the town and property owner were bought to court and claimed neither was responsable it remains that way to this day. The whole area is a mess its a simple case of a slumlord. The people who operate the stores do not want to upset the slumlord so they are putting up with it can you please take a look. I would send a photo but it wouldnt do it justice all the sidewalks on both sides 1st street and grand are dangerous. Thank You
