Hemlock Hill Rd was oil/stoned not long ago, within the last year or even 6 months. You are probably talking about the dirt road half. The dirt part is a road that is not maintained in the winter, but is graded in the spring. Many cars drive too fast on Hemlock Hill Rd, but if they'd slow down they may not have problems. I have lived on this road my whole life and not had a problem.
