The sidewalk on the side Taste of Denmark ,under the overpass , next to CHP is overrun with FAMILY SIZE TENTS! MATTRESSES AND CLOTHES HANGING ON FENCE! And there a tent on the opposite side of the street as well. The mountain of dumped items behind walgreens is nasty. Perharps putting tall large plants may stop the dumping.
