The BOH has been notified numerous times about the 7-11 overflowing trash dumpster and mess behind their building. They are told to clean it up and that’s it. They’re never fined to my knowledge and you’re correct, the ongoing pooling of water in the back is concerning. Someone once said it was sewer but I can’t confirm that allegation. I’d like to know why the store keeps getting away with violating the trash ordinance in the first place. No consequences, no compliance!
