The majority of the traffic goes straight on Concord Road at that intersection. That right turn only lane should be for vehicles going straight and the other lane should be for people turning onto Chichester Ave. The majority of the traffic should never be held up like that. Its dangerous now because you have to go in the right lane or 10 cars go around you if someone is stopped to turn. Makes you wonder who thinks some of these things up. Would help traffic a lot if they remarked the lanes then put the left turn arrow in but without changing the lanes the left arrow will not help .
