People walking into the crosswalk without looking out for cars because they think they have the right of way because of the crosswalk law. They are doing this at lights when the do not walk orange hand is on. People are also on their phones and Ipods and not looking when they cross streets. No matter what the crosswalk law is people still need to look out for cars and use common sense.
