Description

38th Street between Broadway and Cerrito Ave is so badly deteriorated to the point that it poses a huge safety hazard. As a bicyclist who rides on this street daily, the road is so uneven, rough and riddled with potholes that I have almost fallen off my bike several times. I used to be able to steer around the holes and dips, but am no longer able to, as the whole street is incredibly uneven and is getting progressively worse. This is such a huge safety risk. Please fix this street as soon as possible before someone is seriously injured. Thank you for your attention to this.
