Sorry I didn't reply back. I sent the owner a notice for the yard as well as the vehicles, he was also issued a fine. If you are able please call me in the office (413) 594-3557 Ext. 337

I have reached out to the Building Department regarding this property because the owner continues to remove and then add different unregistered vehicles as if he is running a business. The owner did pay the citation that was issued, he has received a notice to remove the current unregistered vehicles and also the assorted debris.

According to the city ordinance/Law its suppose to be a daily fine no? Yes?

Fine - $25/day

Abandoned &/or Unregistered Vehicles (262-1, MGL 90 Chapter 22b, MGL Chapter 111 S123)
Generally, no one, except a licensed salvage yard or commercial garage, is permitted to store or park for more than 5 days an abandoned, disassembled or inoperable vehicle.
Enforcement - Building Department
Fine - $50/day

Almost 1 year in. Is there any update? By now they must owe roughly 15K in fines?
