It was a pleasure seeing the park being used but when you looked at the grass the trash all around could more cans be placed in park 2. Could a can be placed on manning between second and hunter 3 is there an employee assigned to it on weekends 4 what about park rangers for the parks can issue tickets for littering, carry in carry out 5 having a sign up for groups and or cooking in a city park.
