I'm not sure if a traffic light would help there, but I do admit there are a lot of backups there because drivers on Old Loudon Rd. always sit there and wait for people to pull out of the New Loudon Plaza driveway.

I think one of the problems there is that the rear entrance to the plaza is too narrow, and there are too many trees blocking the view, causing drivers to hesitate and be unsure about pulling into or out of the driveway.

Maybe the plaza could remove some of the trees directly at the entrance so drivers can see better. Not remove too many so it disturbs people living in the apartment complex, but enough that drivers can enter and exit more safely.
