I filled out the form and took it. Police came and tagged it but it is sill here. Think it belongs to someone not on our street. It is abandoned. Someone took the tag of and it is still there.

You contacted the police, they looked into it. If they determined the vehicle is registered, hasn't been reported stolen and is not parked illegally then I'm not sure I understand the problem. If somebody took the tag off it, it's probably not as abandoned as you think, If you still have concerns, contact your city council representative. You're in district 5. The problem is that it has bee in the same spot for over 7 months. Has not been moved. Didn't think cars not running are allowed to be on the street. Thought it may have been abandonded. If belongs to someone on the street, should be moved of the street. Will contact city council. Thanks for the help and information.
