TRAFFIC IN THE AFTERNOON BACKS UP FOR A COUPLE OF MILES ALLOWING only 3-4 CARS THROUGH THE INTERSECTIONS. IT TAKES APPROX. 20 MINUTES TO GET FROM 15 MILE TO MILLAR.

These back ups are due to the construction on Metro Pkwy. Because of this construction, we have had to add a separate left turn for north and south bound Garfield at Metro Pkwy which is usually not there. The left turn phase takes away time from the through movement time. As soon as the construction is completed on Metro Pkwy everything will go back to normal.
This flashing malfunction earlier this week was due to a software glitch and has been repaired.
