Bad situation at the wall and I wish you luck. MPACT not very effective... In fact, Bobby Vincent, Chief of Construction and Permits, told his audience at a recent CAPS/MPACT meeting that if your complaint isn't potholes, overgrown lots, abandoned cars, non-functioning lights, trash/bulk pick-ups, illegal dumping or open and vacant properties, the MPACT request kind of goes into a hole somewhere. I've had that experience often with things that aren't one of the above. The city doesn't seem to have a method by which other, perhaps more serious issues, can be addressed.
