We have basically the same type of situation in South Troy, on First Street. We have a busy body neighbor that can't wait for someone to park near her home, so that she can go out to them and offend them with her rotten body odor stench and local home made gossip that she and her kiddie @#$% husband spew to anyone that is available to be poisoned by her lips flapping in front of her green teeth.
