how sad, observitory park. a place where my kids played and grew up. now it starting to be covered with graffiti. oh we have turtle boy and tebe. hey it looks like a west philla park. nuff said. If certian people want to decorate the parks with their personal ingornance please take it back to phila. and to the parents of these people where is your pride. apparently YOU have none. Nor do your children. And you wonder why?
