not surprising, the whole area is going down hill such a shame, its a nice neighborhood the heights,, alot of suspicious people around even in the middle of the day,, dont leave your windows open,, you will be sorry,, we see people, checking out houses near russell/rosewood/clifton all the time, during the day,, looking for easy targets

Essex Townhouses? another slum, run by the city of New Haven. Your tax dollars at work, providing homes for drug dealers and baby factories... Maybe Karen Dubois-Walton can launder drug money through her pet bank; she's already funneling city money through it.
