HOme is being used as an unlicenced daycare for years and the city is aware but not taking action. Young children are being unloaded daily on a busy street which puts their lives and the lives of passing motorists at risk.

This issue has been given to Code Officer B Shermett & it will be addressed as required by the Code Compliance Unit. -jal
