All along Riverside Dr, the trash cans have disappeared and people are throwing their trash on the ground. It looks like a dump every weekend. Please give us trash cans from W 135th Street north to W 168th Street. It's bringing rats out on the streets by the dozens, especially at night to feed on the trash.
