Description
the traffic light at miller/catherine and main street is blinking before 6:30 am. i walk to work at this time. the traffic is heavy enough to warrant the light being operational at this time. it is unsafe trying to cross because of the heavier traffic. i also talked to others at my work and they agree that the light should be operational before 6:30 am.
