Pontiac Police just did a prostitute sweep yesterday morning. Maybe they got her, too. Thank you Pontiac Police for being dedicated to the citizens of Pontiac and on top of regular calls for service, doing raids and prostitute sweeps (despite the layoffs). Neighborhood watch groups- keep up the good work. Citizens get involved where you see a need. Report crime, join NWGs, attend City Council meetings,and talk to the Mayor.Show your support for our police dept. which is set to lose another 14 officers.There will be a support rally for the PPD on Sept. 30th at 5 PM at the Pontiac Police East lot. Bring signs and wear navy blue. Join together to save our city.
