There are two unseeded areas on city property like this on Oakwood St. near my house on 35 Oakwood St. They were from a gas line that was installed last year. The second unseeded area is directly across the street. The subcontractor who did this work last year neglected to seed these 2 bare areas. Hopefully Albany City can take care of the seeding. Also the sign pole is too short and the no parking sign is facing in the wrong direction.
