With the Project180 construction on Harvey, the street light at Harvey and NW 6th St is confused. it always thinks a vehicle is on the south side of Harvey and so its always green thete making everyone wait until ot decides to move on, for every cycle. I'll come home late at night and usually have to wait for several minutes when there isn't a soul around!

The light either needs to be reprogrammed to ignore the south Harvey sensors, or changed to a 4-way stop like at Robinson and 6th while Harvey is under construction.
