The grass in the backyard is overgrown, and the trash out there is not taken to the curb to be picked up. A lock on the front door that does not require a key (self locking) would solve a lot of problems. There is trash on the steps leading to the basement on Lincoln Highway that draws rats, mice, and mosquitoes.
