Hello - I have a question about a roadside tree that sits in the city's easement of my property. See attached picture. It is a Pin Oak and looked less than healthy last year but has barely leafed out at all this year. As the homeowner for the adjoining property is it my responsibility to remove and/or replace the tree or does the City handle that task as a result of it being on their easement? Thank you. J.
