    My neighborhood's trash pickup is on Mondays. This week our yard waste was not picked up. Is it possible to have a pickup made or will we need to wait until next week? As it is fall cleanup season there are numerous bags of yard waste in front of some homes. Thank you.

    Dirt surrounding storm drain is collapsing into the drain. Presents a hazard to anyone walking in that area. Request the city back fill the hole. The storm drain in question is close to the intersection of Clarke Drive and Bibb Court directly in front of 3200 Bibb court.

    I am confirming the prior submission that the left turn green signal is illuminating on eastbound Indian River Road when no traffic is waiting to turn left. Does it every cycle.

    Also - One of the two green signals (full circle light) on eastbound Indian River Road is out.

    There is a couch off the side of the road in the swampy area on the south side of Indian River Road about half way between the Mounted Patrol Barn and the bridge over West Neck Creek. This is City property. You will need grapple truck capable of reaching several feet off the roadway into the swamp.

    Hello - I have a question about a roadside tree that sits in the city's easement of my property. See attached picture. It is a Pin Oak and looked less than healthy last year but has barely leafed out at all this year. As the homeowner for the adjoining property is it my responsibility to remove and/or replace the tree or does the City handle that task as a result of it being on their easement? Thank you. J. Citizen indicates they have submitted via VB Works and received notice that they (the citizen) needed to follow up with VA Power.     Since this area was affected by a tornado a few weeks ago, the traffic light at Salem & Dam Neck Roads seems to be off sensor and running on a timer. I travel this way a few times a day and I have noticed vehicles sitting at the stop bars that do not trip the light and then the light turning green for lanes where no vehicle is present. Just wanted to pass along that the light may be malfunctioning or need to be reset. Stay safe.

    Several caution signs were knocked down by a vehicle at the bend just prior to the bridge on Indian River Road.

    There is a small city maintained path and sitting area that runs between Nimmo Pkwy and the 7-Eleven store. Two trash cans there are overflowing and trash is spreading throughout the area.
