Description
I'm concerned about the walkway accessibility on Telegraph between 25th and 26th in Oakland. On my way to class this morning I came across a gentleman in an electric wheelchair and he was unable to access the walkway due to multiple impediments created by the new construction on the block. I'm aware of some ADA requirements (although I don't claim to be an expert) but I don't think the walkway is universally accessible or ADA compliant.
