Very sad, I know...those have been like that for YEARS. I believe there is already a See-Click-Fix on the issue (obviously has been ignored.) In fact, I myself have an issue (2 actually, but of the same issue) that has been ignored for almost 2 1/2 (regarding tree trimming.) I hear that See-Click-Fix works for many communities, but my experience with it has left me rather skeptical. There are literally THOUSANDS of open issues not responded to or acted upon. My guess is it's one of those who-you-know deals or they take on the easier to handle tasks, and ignore the majority or more difficult reports. Just my 2 cents. Either way, I voted (again) to have this issue fixed. Good luck with it!
