Description

The following Wednesday morning (6/12/13), after my trash was picked up, I find what looks like paint right in front of my house and behind my car. The paint also splattered on the driver's side of my car. There was no paint inside of my trash and I would like something to be done about it.

Q. Is the problem blight (trash, etc) outside, or is it a problem with the building (illegal use, housing code violation, etc)?
