I have noticed this as well. This end of Filmore and Washington street needs attention. Street is in horrible shape and littered with old leaves, sticks, debris. Street needs to be cleaned up.

I believe that we art of the problem is that people must park on the street and cannot predict when street cleaning will occur so the cleaners cannot maneuver. It may require that signs be posted to give advance notice so that a thorough cleaning can occur.
