3 years in a row having to report this. Public works keeps saying call coded codes keep saying call public works.. I don't care who to call get this property cleaned up and fixed once and for all.. I don't care who owns it there have been signs by the sheriffs office saying it was up for auction because of back taxes,, I don't know what kind of game is being played but It is owned by Howard Bottoms who is Homeless.. Public works has had to come out and cut this every year.. I am getting sick of this. The over growth is also starting to come over the property line. Last year had a huge problem with this one Miss West on here who wanted to just sit and argue instead of solving the problem after I basically ripped her a new one the problem did get solved and they cut the property and cleaned it up. Again they put signs up saying it is going to go to auction for back taxes with the county clerk and yet they never do it... They need to take this property away from Mr Howard Bottoms...

Submit you request to 862-6590, codes will issue notice and if not cut, public works will mow. You know the process as its been explained to you numerous times. If you still don't understand the process call bill penn at 862-6516. Ms. West

Your comments are degrading to any person Mr. Douglas....you have been informed so many times who the owner is, whether it was up for Auction or not, Mr. Bottoms is the legal owner.

So you will again understand to process, Metro Codes willmake the ispection - Codes will issue notice to the owner to cut the grass. Codes will make the reinspection, and if the grass has not been cut, Metro Codes refers to Public Works to be cut. At that point Metro Codes closes their case and Public Works places a lein on the property. If the grass has not been cut - please contact Public Works at 615-862-8700.

The Government cannot take someone's property away becaasue the garss is not mowed. If you have questions about the legal aspects of prorperty rights contact the Metro Legal Department at 615-862-6341. Your degrading comments are being reported to Click Fix as this is unacceptable beavior for any person.

Mrs. West. It has been explained to you 900 times that I really do not care. The site was not designed for you to sit here and explain a million reasons for why you can not do your job. I was notified by the site creators and those who run it that I was not the problem last time. You were. This site is designed for you to fix a problem. All I am required to do is report it on here and you are supposed to do your job and see that the problem is solved. I am not supposed to call anyone. You are supposed to take care of the problem. This site is designed for you to report the problem on here so you do not have to call 80000 people. You are the one who is working for the State or County or whatever that is supposed to take action and fix the problem.

If you do not want to be degraded then do not sit here and argue with me. Do what you are supposed to to fix the problem. The name of the site is "SEE CLICK FIX" It is designed to go to the correct person when you write and problem. All that is required of the person who is reporting the problem is to post the information as to the who, what, where, when and how, The problem is. Then it goes to the person who can solve that problem. If you personally are not that person the what the heck are you doing on here and why are our tax dollars going to pay your wages..... Fix the problem lady...

Mr. Douglas....if you can sit here on this site and made such comments about me - which really isn't what this site is intended for....then I can state anything about the Code as I would like - just as you. I have notified Click Fix of this....so please understand that Codes only issues notices and Public Works will have the grass cut. You may not be interested in the legal aspects - but maybe others are. And in the future please provide the address of the property in vioalrion. The address is 3505 Mays Street. This is not the official government site and it will not be replied to again. And FYI....you are working with the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County. If the grass has not been cut in 10 days, contact Public Works - as it will then be out of our hands. I do beleive that I was kind enough to oprovide you with their telephone number earlier. Mr. Douglas.....I will not be bullied by you or this unofficial site. And to answer your question - NO - I did NOT get anyone to mow the grass. I submitted the request for inspeciton - that was all that I did.

Your new request was submitted, so I have performed my job. If you have other issues with me, please contact my Supervisor, Mr. Roy Jones - 615-862-6541. Your rudeness is uncalled for. CODES DOES NOT MOW GRASS !!!!!!!!!! We merely submit the request and issue notice which that has been done! Maybe if you would read some of th Law you could familiarize yourself with what any agency can and cannot do.
