Why is this light blinking all the time now when it was a standard traffic light before?? Now to get from Westbound Hall road to Partridge Creek or Nino Salvaggio's without getting in an accident is a nightmare. Also, traffic backs up on the turnaround and Hall road due to this bad "blinking traffic light". Whose decision was this to change it to a blinking traffic light?????

There is more than one way to get into Partridge Creek. Find a better way!!!!!!!!

Here's an idea. Let's close the mall so that the shoppers have to go to Lakeside mall.
