Description

There is a homeless setup here which is in direct violation of many California and Oakland laws. This provides an unsafe environment so close to a middle school and the look and smell are disgusting. Loitering, litering, public urination, possession of stolen property (Shopping carts) totalling grand theft which can be treated as a felony in California. Please remember the Oakland governments duty to the people of Oakland to enforce the laws. Thank you!
