I live on the other side of Cameron Village and can hear the leaf blowesr at NC State. And yes, it is going on at 6am.

Scheduled parking lot maintenance starts after 7:00 am per the Raleigh Noise Ordinance requirements. It is necessary to perform maintenance before cars arrive in the lot to ensure adequate access for maintenance activities. We'll review the lot usage and timing of the maintenance crews to mitigate noise interference to the greatest extent possible. Thank you for your feedback.
