Multiple times I have sat at the light (going eastbound on Metro) witnessing the green arrow coming on to allow a right turn on to Crocker and have seen many in the right and middle lanes (those continuing toward Metro Beach) lurch forward as if they were going to take off. My husband and I have both done this ourselves.
I think it would be better if there was some other way to set this light up. I would venture to say that there must have been some accidents caused by this lighting arrangement. I assume the Road Commission takes care of this. Please address

Gee, I guess paying attention to the light is too much to ask. This is a ridiculous post.
I use this intersection 6 times a day and have never seen an accident.

Lets put up another strip mall there and maybe another traffic light. That should slow things up enough. Don't watch the light just do what you've always done.

I got through this intersection daily. This intersection has a camera/computer system that registers when a car comes up to the intersection. The problems occur when people stop 15-20 feet back from the white line. The camera don't register a car is waiting. Moral of the story - PULL ALL THE WAY UP TO THE WHITE LINE...
