Vast sections of Thornhill are nearly undriveable due to potholes, but this particular section of the road continues to deteriorate with potholes that span both lanes of traffic and continue to grow. I witnessed an individual nearly get hit as a car veered to avoid the pothole - likely because the depth could do some serious damage to tires.

By far the worse sections are below the swim club, especially around the nursery - from there down to the intersection with Moraga Ave. The stretch between the intersection of Moraga Ave. and the light at Mountain Ave. is horrendous -- and this is near a busy intersection. There is already not much room to swerve.
City of Oakland, this is a safety issue - let's please see some action before someone gets hurt.
