I am thrilled someone brought this out. While the incline is steep and cutting the grass is challenging, this is a prominent spot with lots of people using the park and walking up / down the hill next to the school. No telling what kinds of creatures (snakes) could be lurking in all of that, not to mention ticks, etc. Right next to a school is not the place to be lax in maintaining property. I am not sure what 20020902786 means, but perhaps, this is a work order of some sort to cut this grass surrounding Bellvue school and also next door on the hill outside Richmond Hill. I know the terrain is challenging, but only cutting these sites 1 or 2 times per season (and we've had an enormous amount of rain...) is not what I consider maintenance, particularly when these places are now heavily used and the rest of Richmond's citizens are expected to maintain our properties. Thanks to the Property Maintenance folks for keeping us looking good - hopefully we can devote a couple more seasonal cuttings to these sites.
