Still leaking!!!!

it's STILL a problem.... when I checked with 311, the request had been closed. PUC/Rec & Parks don't seem to want to figure out a fix!

I'm very sorry to hear that this is still an issue. When you spoke with 311, did they indicate why the request was closed? Did you ask them to re-open the matter and submit again to Rec & Park?

It just said it was closed.... the bummer is that when you all submit for 311, you don't have contact info, so they don't have to contact me when they close it (not that they do anyways....especially muni) but basically I think they just don't care! That seems to be the usual response by city workers.

I'm sorry I can't provide you with further information about your request, but 311 is a service that is not operated or managed by the City Attorney's Office.
When you call 311 you have the option of leaving your contact information so that they can easily follow up with you regarding your request for service. They will also provide you with a work request number. Be sure to keep this number for future reference. If a matter is improperly closed you can call back and ask 311 to re-activate the matter. They are very helpful with this.
