Description

There is a man who has started camping at Pine Knoll park in an orange tent near the public bathroom. He has very apparent mental health issues, and displays unpredictable and aggressive behavior. He has been camped out at the park for about 10 days. He poses a safety risk to nearby residents and users of the park.
