This man has garbage all over and bothers me everyday I walk. He is scary and no one can use the public bus stop as he takes over the whole bench. He smells and the smell of urine and fecal matter makes me vomit. He bothers my 12 year old son and is just a nuisance throws his garbage everywhere and begs at rite aid. With the covid 19 out break I feel he is a health threat to me and my family.

I’m just curious is this matter ever addressed? I constantly see comments made on this situation but it never seems to get solved. Is this a matter that the city authorities have no authority to do anything about. If not who is in charge of this problem? Are homeless people just allowed to be a nuisance?
